Alphonse Spinney

Alphonse was born in 1846.¹ Alphonse's father was Lyman Spinney and his mother was Lydia Staples. His paternal grandparents were Ebenezer Spinney and Alice (Elsy) Paul. He had six brothers named William, Horace, Lyman, James, Calvin and Ebenezer. He was the fifth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 16 on August 26th, 1862 in Beaufort, North Carolina.¹
