Robert was born on November 25th, 1604 in Rattlesden, Suffolk County, England and his christening took place there on November 25th, 1604.1   Robert's father was Henry Scott and his mother was Martha Whatlock.  His paternal grandparents were Edward Scott and Joan; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Whotlocke and Joan Whatlock. He had a brother and two sisters, named Thomas, Ursula and Dorothy.  He was the third oldest of the four children.  He died at the age of 71 on August 27th, 1676 in Rattlesden, Suffolk County, England.  He was buried on August 27th, 1676 in Rattlesden, Suffolk County, England.1 1
