Ada Esther Richards

Ada was born on April 6th, 1882 in Coupeville, Washington. Ada's father was Thomas Nicholas Lovering Richards and her mother was Susan Augusta Ruby Burce. Her maternal grandparents were John Calvin Burce and Ada Hurd Andrews. She had thirteen brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, John, James, Grover, Lael, Edmond, Donald, Charles, Robert, Lawrence, Earl, Clifford, Irving, Otilda, Margaret, Elsie, Marian and Helen. She was the oldest of the nineteen children. She died at the age of 88 on June 14th, 1970 in Anacortes, Washington.
