Upton John Hamilton

Upton was born on March 17th, 1884 in St. George, New Brunswick. Upton's father was Smauel Hamilton and his mother was Louisa Jones Spinney. His maternal grandparents were Simon F. Spinney and Prudence L. Wilson. He had five brothers and two sisters, named James, Albert, Samuel, Isaac, George, Edith and Lena. He was the sixth oldest of the eight children.
