Lucy Dow

Lucy was born in August 1856 in Walden, Caledonia County, Vermont. Lucy's father was Harrison Dow and her mother was Fannie F. Ransom. Her paternal grandparents were Jonathan Dow and Joanna Gilman; her maternal grandparents are Ammi C. Ransom and Betsey Carson. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Ephraim, Alvah, William, Emma, Ruanna, Fanny, Julia and Helen. She died at the age of 10 on June 14th, 1867 in Manchester, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.
