Jonathan Dow

Jonathan was born on February 14th, 1773 in Rye, Rockingham County, New Hampshire and his baptism took place on March 4th, 1773. Jonathan's father was Noah Dow and his mother is Elizabeth Palmer. His paternal grandfather was Simon Dow and his paternal grandmother is Mary Lancaster. He had three brothers named Simon, Daniel and Nathan. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 61 on March 25th, 1834.

- Jonathan moved to Prospect, Maine around 1792, becoming very influential there.
