James Dow

James was born on June 14th, 1785. James' father was Isaac Dow and his mother was Elizabeth Seavey. His paternal grandparents were Henry Dow and Martha Perkins; his maternal grandparents are William Seavey and Mary Langdon. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Amos, Isaac, Henry, Patty and Betsey. He was the fifth oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 67 on May 31st, 1853 in Rye, Rockingham County, New Hampshire.
