Joseph Chadbourne

Joseph was born in 1763 in Sanford, Maine. Joseph's father was Joshua Chadbourne and his mother was Susannah Spinney. His paternal grandparents are James Chadbourne and Sarah Hatch; his maternal grandparents were Nathan Spinney and Elizabeth Pomeroy. He had three brothers and six sisters, named William, George, Joshua, Betsey, Lucy, Sarah, Jerusha, Susan and Patty. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children.
