Mavis Helen Carter

Mavis was born on January 2nd, 1916 in Anacortes, Washington. Mavis' father was John Sims Carter and her mother was Ada Esther Richards. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Nicholas Lovering Richards and Susan Augusta Ruby Burce. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Lionel, John, Margaret, Mildred, Dorothy and Joan. She died at the age of 7 on December 24th, 1923 in Anacortes, Washington.
