William Burton Armstrong

William was born on March 11th, 1857 in Wilnot, Nova Scotia. William's father was Milledge Chipman Armstrong and his mother was Matilda Salome Spinney. His paternal grandparents are Walter Armstrong and Eliza Bishop; his maternal grandparents were James B. Spinney and Leticia Wheelock. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Wheelock, Wheelock, Milledge, Abigail, Letitia, Arbelle, Margaret, Sarah, Winfred and Minnie. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 78 on April 25th, 1935 in Everett, Massachusetts.
