Arthur Montrose Ames

Arthur was born on October 13th, 1863 in Brockton, Massachusetts. Arthur's father was Luther Ames and his mother was Mary Ann Spinney. His paternal grandparents are Joel Ames and Relience Edson; his maternal grandparents were Ebenezer Spinney and Mary Ann Fletcher. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Albert, Frank, Reliance, Martha, Betsey, Frances and Edith. He was the seventh oldest of the eight children.
