Malinda Newman

Malinda was born about 1835 in Georgia.¹ Malinda's father was William Newman and her mother is Mary M "Polly" Arnett. Her paternal grandfather was James Newman. She had four brothers and five sisters, named William D, Joseph C., Seaborn M, Samuel L, Sarah, Mary Jane, Martha F, Susan R and Isabella S. She is the third oldest of the ten children.
