Arthur was born in 1867 in Bradford, Yorkshire, England.1  Arthur's father is William Edward KIRBY and his mother is Alice HAILSTONE.  He had three brothers and two sisters, named Ernest, Charles, Henry, Clara and Kate.  He was the oldest of the six children.  Arthur is no longer alive.
