Herbert was born in 1874 in Christon, Somerset, England.1   Herbert's father is Charles Robert HOUSE and his mother was Sarah (Nellie) Ellen RUGG.  His maternal grandparents were William  RUGG and Eleanor  (Ellen) MAIDMENT .  He had a sister named Edith  .  He was the younger of the two children.  Herbert is no longer alive.
