Harriet was born in 1881.  Harriet's father was Aaron CALVER and her mother was Ellen GAUDBY .  Her paternal grandparents were Robert CALVER and Anna Maria.  She had seven brothers and a sister, named William, Ernest , Walter, George, Robert, Arthur, Frederick and Alice.  She was the fifth oldest of the nine children.
