He had five brothers and three sisters, named Philippe De, Louis, Louis, Jean, Philippe De, Isabelle De, Jeanne De and Marie Princess De.  He was the fourth oldest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 44 on April 8th, 1364 in , London, , England.  His burial was on May 8th, 1364 in St Denis, , , France.
