Knud VI King Of was born in 1163 in Of, Roskilde, Roskilde, Denmark.  Knud VI King Of's father was Valdemar I "The Great" KNUDSEN KING OF DENMARK and his mother was Sofiya Vladimorovna Queen Of DENMARK.  His paternal grandfather was Knut "Lavard" ERIKSSON PRINCE OF DENMARK and his paternal grandmother is Ingeborga Princess Of KIEV; his maternal grandparents were Vladimir Dmitrij Vsevolodich Duke Of NOVGOROD and Richiza Or Ryksa "Sventoslava" Queen Of SWEDEN. He had a brother and four sisters, named Valdemar II "Sejr", Sophie, Princess Of, Ingeborg Queen Of, Helene Princess Of and Richiza (Richza) Valdemarsdatter Queen Of.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 39 on November 12th, 1202.  His burial was in Cathedral, Ringsted, Soro, Denmark.
