Catharine Magdalene Lowe (Maiden Name: Kolb)

Catharine's father was Philip Jacob Kolb (He was born Johann Philip Jacob Kolb, but his first name was not used when he immagrated to Halifax, NS, Canada, the exact year is unknown.) and her mother was Mary Magdalena Kolb (Maiden Name: Schluter). Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Andreas Kolb and Maria Barbra Magdalena Kolb (Maiden Name: Fetzen). She had four brothers and seven sisters, named Jacob, Johann, Jacob, George, Catharina, Catharina, Maria, Charlotta, Regina, Johanna and Anna. She was the sixth oldest of the twelve children. She had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Christopher, Nicholas, Jacob, George, Maria, Katherine and Mary. She died in 1843.
