George Kolb

George's father was Philip Jacob Kolb (He was born Johann Philip Jacob Kolb, but his first name was not used when he immagrated to Halifax, NS, Canada, the exact year is unknown.) and his mother was Mary Magdalena Kolb (Maiden Name: Schluter). His paternal grandparents were Jacob Andreas Kolb and Maria Barbra Magdalena Kolb (Maiden Name: Fetzen). He had three brothers and eight sisters, named Jacob, Johann, Jacob, Catharina, Catharina, Maria, Catharine, Charlotta, Regina, Johanna and Anna. He was the youngest of the twelve children. He had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Christopher, Nicholas, Jacob, George, Maria, Katherine and Mary.
