Тамара Михайловна Козлова

Тамара was born on September 22nd, 1941.  Тамара's father was Михайл Петрович Козлов and her mother was Матрона Дмитриевна Черных.  Her paternal grandparents were Петр Козлов and Анна Ивановна; her maternal grandparents were Дмитрий Иванович Черных and Ирина Евдокимовна. She had three sisters named Людмила, Галина and Надежа.  She was the second oldest of the four children.  She died at the age of 62 on May 28th, 2004.
