Miina's father was Henno and her mother was Liis. Her paternal grandparents were Jaan and Kats; her maternal grandfather was Mats and her maternal grandmother is Madli. She has a brother and two sisters, named Jaak, Epp and Tiiu. She has a half-sister named Ann.
