Mari's father is Miina and her mother was Jüri. Her paternal grandparents are Madis and Mai; her maternal grandparents were Märt and Mai. She has two brothers and a sister, named Toomas, Andres and Ann. She has a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Hans, Ann and Mari.
