István Körtvélyessy

István was born on July 30th, 1925 in Petrozsény.¹

István's father was Vilmos Zoltán Körtvélyessy and his mother was Magdolna Aradi.  His paternal grandparents were Antal Körtvélyessy and Anna Steinkugler. He had five brothers and a sister, named Vilmos, Antal, Jenő, Ödön, Ferenc and Juliska.  He was the second youngest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 63 on October 13th, 1988 in Pécs.¹
