István

István was born in 1816 in Kézdi-mártonfalva.¹   István's father was Mózes Daraghy and his mother was Borbála Farkas.  His paternal grandfather was Péter Daragics. He had four brothers and a sister, named János, György, Mihály, Béla and Mária.  He was the second oldest of the six children.
