Miklós' father was Dr Jónás Guóth and his mother was Mária Luby.  His paternal grandparents were József Guoth and Johanna Reviczky. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Emil, Jónás, Adeodát, Izabella, Mária and Rozália.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 86 on April 27th, 1945.²
