Taken in 1944 in Fót, Hungary.
István was born in 1929.  István's father was László Körtvélyessy and his mother was Jolán Mohai.  His paternal grandparents were László Körtvélyessy and Eszter Borzsák. He had a sister named Ágnes.  He was the older of the two children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named László, László and Margit.  He died  due to Meningitis at the age of 21 in 1950.
