József Sándor Körtvélyesi (András)

József was born in February 1869 in Maklár and his baptism took place there on February 16th, 1869.¹   József's father was Pál Körtvélyesi and his mother was Rózsa Marsovszki.  His paternal grandparents were József Körtvélyesy and Petra Szabó. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Pál, József, András, András, Mária, Anna, Rózsa, Rózsa and Teréz.  He was the second oldest of the ten children.
