József Körtvélyesi

József was born in June 1888 in Putnok Gömör vm and his baptism took place there on June 10th, 1888.¹   József's father was István Körtvélyesi and his mother was Borbála Varga.  His paternal grandparents were István Körtvélyessy and Barbara Johman. He had two brothers and two sisters, named István, István, Mária and Anna.  He was the second oldest of the five children.
