János Körtvélyesi

János was born in February 1808 in Vál, Fehér vm and his baptism took place there on February 4th, 1808.¹

János' father was István Körtvélyesi and his mother was Katalin Balogh.  His paternal grandparents were György Körtvélyesi and Éva Pintér. He had three brothers and two sisters, named István, György, István, Katalin and Erzsébet.  He was the third youngest of the six children.  He died at the age of 56 on March 8th, 1864 in Vál.²
