Barbara Nagy

Barbara was born on June 8th, 1742 in Simaháza and her baptism took place on June 8th, 1742 in Sajtoskál Sopron vm.^1 2

Barbara's father was György Nagy and her mother was Magda Póka.  Her paternal grandparents were Mihály Nagy and Judit Nádasdy. She had three brothers and eight sisters, named Júlia, László, Zsigmond, Rebeka , Magda, Barbara, Magda, Judit, Sándor, Teréz and Kata.  She was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.  She died at the age of 74 in 1816 in Csákány.¹
