Anna was born on October 16th, 1859.  Anna's father was Mathew Fur and her mother was Maria Anna Baxa.  Her paternal grandfather was Joseph Fur and her paternal grandmother is Catherine Kapsak. She had four brothers and a sister, named Jan, Joseph, Mathew, Christina and Maria.  She was the second youngest of the six children.  She died at the age of 64 in 1923.
