Henning was born on May 18th, 1749 in Fuglsøgård, Udbyhy, Randers, Denmark and his christening took place on June 1st, 1749 in Udbynedre Kirke, Randers, Denmark.  He died at the age of 61 on January 6th, 1811 in Holbæk, Denmark.  His burial was on January 15th, 1811.
