Victoria (Torica) was born on March 12th, 1930 in Mizil and her christening took place there conducted by the priest.  Her godfather was Ionel Popovici and her godmother was Victoria Popovici.  Victoria (Torica)'s father was Gheorghe Teodorescu and her mother was Iosefina Teodorescu.  Her maternal grandparents were Vasile (Cutitarul) Ionescu and Aneta Ionescu. She had a brother named George G. (Georginel).  She was the older of the two children.  She died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 93 on December 18th, 2023 in Bucuresti.  The funeral took place on December 20th, 2023 in Bucuresti.  Her body was entombed on December 20th, 2023 in Bucuresti, Cimitirul Izvorul Nou.
