Victoria (Torica) was born on March 12th, 1930 in Mizil and her christening took place there conducted by priest .  Her godfather was/is Ionel Popovici and her godmother was/is Victoria Popovici.  Victoria (Torica)'s father was Gheorghe Teodorescu and her mother was Iosefina Teodorescu.  Her maternal grandparents were Vasile (Cutitarul) Ionescu and Aneta Ionescu. She had a brother named George G. (Georginel).  She is the older of the two children.
