Victor was born in 1971 in Iasi and his christening took place there conducted by priest .¹ His godfather was/is Valentin(Vali) Hautelman and his godmother was/is Elena(Lenuta) Hautelman. Victor's father is Horst Siegfried Victor Hantelmann and his mother is Mariana Hantelmann.
