Siti was born on October 3rd, 1960.  Siti's father was Hassan Ahmad and her mother was Siti Juriah Ismail.  Her paternal grandparents were Ahmad Zahab Hassan and Salmah Abdul Halim.  She had six brothers and four sisters, named Mohamed, Abdul, Muhamad, Ismail, Zainal, Muhamad, Siti, Zalihah, Siti and Siti.  She was the youngest of the eleven children.  She died at just 4 days old on October 7th, 1960.
