Cenobia was born on July 11th, 1889 in Clarines.  Cenobia's father was Francisco Lusinchi De Armas and her mother was Cenobia Saba Requena Gomez.  Her paternal grandparents are Francisco Lusinchi Martten and Dolores De Armas Ruiz; her maternal grandparents are Antonio Requena and Cenobia Gomez. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Francisco, Luis, Jose Antonio, Maria Angelica, Teresa, Mercedes, Julia and Carmen Dolores.  She died at the age of 87 on September 3rd, 1976 in Caracas.
