Juan Pedro del Rosario was born on June 29th, 1790 in Altagracia de Orituco, Estado Guarico.  Juan Pedro del Rosario's father is Joseph Diego Aragor Yriarte and his mother is Micaela Ramona Perez.  His paternal grandparents were Dionisio Aragor Ugalde y Arguiñene and Maria Ascencia Yriarte Esnao. He has three brothers and a sister, named Sebastian Josef, Juan Pedro, Jose Tomas Eustaquio and Teresa Antonia de Jesus.  He is the oldest of the five children.
