Jose Tomas Eustaquio was born on September 20th, 1799 in Altagracia de Orituco, Estado Guarico.  Jose Tomas Eustaquio's father is Joseph Diego Aragor Yriarte and his mother is Micaela Ramona Perez.  His paternal grandparents were Dionisio Aragor Ugalde y Arguiñene and Maria Ascencia Yriarte Esnao. He has three brothers and a sister, named Juan Pedro del Rosario, Sebastian Josef, Juan Pedro and Teresa Antonia de Jesus.  He is the youngest of the five children.
