Barbara  was born on October 15th, 1812.  Barbara 's father was George MacLeod and her mother was Janet Bannerman.  Her paternal grandparents were MacLeod and <Unknown>. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Alexander, William, George, Jean and Isabel.  She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 78 on April 25th, 1891.
