Henry Thornton

Henry was born in 1822 in Bradford, Yorkshire, England.¹ Henry's father was Richard Thornton and his mother was Elizabeth (Thornton). He had three brothers and six sisters, named George, Hastwell W, Richard, Martha Jane, Mary, Anna E, Catherine, Helen and Octavia. He was the oldest of the ten children.
