Ellen Petyt

Ellen was born in 1654 in Storiths, Hazlewood, Skipton, Yorkshire, England. Ellen's father was Richard Petty and her mother was Anne Holden. Her paternal grandparents were Anthony Pettyt and Mary Jowett; her maternal grandparents were Richard Holden and Ellen Ideson. She had two brothers and a sister, named George, Richard and Mary. She was the oldest of the four children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Christopher, George, Mary and Mary (Maria). She died at the age of 69 on February 1st, 1723 in Eastby, Yorkshire, England.
