Sarah Petty

Sarah was born in 1884 in Shipley, Yorkshire, England.¹ Sarah's father was Charles Petty and her mother was Elizabeth Thackrah. Her paternal grandparents were George Petty and Hannah Brewer. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Herbert, Willie, George, Alice and Annie. She was the second oldest of the six children.
