Ann Petty

Ann was born in 1747 in Storiths, Hazlewood, Skipton, Yorkshire, England. Ann's father was Joseph Petty and her mother was Ann Thompson. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Petyt and Alice Lowcock. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Joseph, Thomas, Richard, William, Margaret, Mary, Abigail, Elleanor and Hannah. She was the nineth oldest of the ten children.
