Newis Benson

Newis was born in 1857 in Bondgate. Newis' father was Arthur Benson and his mother was Ann Newis. His maternal grandfather was James Newis. He had a brother and three sisters, named Arthur, Ann N, Margaret and Mary. He was the youngest of the five children.
