Mary  was born in 1861.  Mary 's father was Samuel Laurence Walker and her mother was Mary Coull.  Her paternal grandparents were Alexander Walker and Mary Cobb; her maternal grandparents were Joesph Coull and Isabella Moffat?. She had a brother and three sisters, named Joseph, Margret, Isabella and Jane.  She was the youngest of the five children.  She died at the age of 60 on May 25th, 1921 in Montrose.
