Leocadia was born in 1869 in Talarrubias (Badajoz).  Leocadia's father was Vicente Paniagua Serrano and her mother was Martina Serrano Rayo.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 82 on July 6th, 1951 in Talarrubias (Badajoz).
