Sha Requwa was born on March 12th, 1980.  Sha Requwa's father is Ozell Holmes, Sr. and her mother is Angela Irene Holmes.  Her maternal grandparents are Robert Edward Rollins and Doris Deloris Smith. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Ozell, De'Shon, Ruebe, Sha Tia , Sha Tausha, Faith and Angela.  She died as an infant at the age of 1 on July 14th, 1981 in Montgomery General Hospital.  The funeral took place on July 14th, 1981 in Montgomery West Virginia and was arranged by Anderson and Hairston.1
