Harvey was born on February 26th, 1919.  Harvey's father was Rev Everett M Elrod and his mother was Sophia E Sauder.  He was the oldest of ten children.  He had two brothers and seven sisters, named Howard, Glen, Vera, Irma, Velma, Helen, Betty, Ruth and Rachel.  He died at the age of 17 on February 16th, 1937.
