Anthony Bernard Moore Phillips

Anthony was born on January 26th, 1953 in Unknown. Anthony's father was Joseph Anthony Moore (Tony) Phillips and his mother was Lady Lady Katherine Mary Fitzalan Howard. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Herbert Phillips and Dorothea Mary ( Dorrie ) Land. He was an only child. He died at the age of 36 on November 11th, 1989.

General Notes
- Captain , Dragoon Guards. Drowned at sea during the Whitbread Round the World (Sailing) Race November 1989. Swept off the deck of "Creightons Naturally" during the second leg of the race(Punta del Este Uraguay to Freemantle Australia) After heroic efforts by the crew he was picked up but could not be rescusitated. At the wish of his parents he was buried at sea. Anthony paid £12,000 for his berth on the six leg 33,000 mile race."Challenge and adventure " were the motives he gave with his application. Bachelor
